Chapter 5 Acquire End-User Credentials
Failed Authentication
Step 1
Configure the Identification Profile to bypass authentication with the specified user agents:
a.
Select Web Security Manager > Identification Profile.
b.
Click Add Identification Profile.
c.
Enter information:
d.
Click Advanced > User Agents.
e.
Click None Selected.
f.
Under Custom user Agents, specify the problematic User Agent strings.
Step 2
Configure the Access Policy:
a.
Choose Web Security Manager > Access Policies.
b.
Click Add Policy.
c.
Enter information:

Submit and commit your changes.
