IP Phone Agent Feature Levels
There are three feature levels of Cisco IP Phone Agent: Standard, Enhanced, and 
Premium. The following chart outlines the features available in each version. All 
features not listed here are present in both versions.
Language Support
IP Phone Agent is localized in the following languages:
Only languages that use single-byte characters are supported. Languages that use 
double-byte characters, such as Chinese and Korean, are not supported at this time.
