可利用集成的浏览器在 Agent Desktop 中浏览内部网和互联网网页。该浏览器最多可
包含 6 个选项卡，每个选项卡都包含不同的网页。第一个选项卡始终用于显示主管推
送的所有网页。
可通过工作站点列表访问经常使用的网站（如果管理员做了相应设置），并且可以在
可选的地址字段中键入一个网址，以访问其它网站。

查看代理实时显示

步骤 1 单击工具栏上的实时显示按钮可显示“代理实时显示”窗口。
步骤 2 从“实时显示”字段选择您要查看的显示屏幕：

座席呼叫日志

座席 ACD 状态日志

座席详细信息

技能统计

步骤 3 通过单击列标题，可以按报告中的任意列以升序或降序排序显示屏幕。
