To set the Cisco 1000 Series lightweight access point secondary Cisco Wireless LAN Controller, use the 
config ap secondary-base command. The Cisco 1000 Series lightweight access point associates with 
this Cisco Wireless LAN Controller for all network operation and in the event of a hardware reset.
>config ap secondary-base <Controller name> <Cisco 1000 Series lightweight 
access point>
