Transmit power level number.

 The data rates set here are negotiated between the client and the Cisco 

Wireless LAN Controller. If the data rate is set to Mandatory, the client must support 
it in order to use the network. 
If a data rate is set as Supported by the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller, any associ-
ated client that also supports that rate may communicate with the Cisco 1000 Series 
IEEE 802.11a/b/g lightweight access point using that rate. But it is not required that 
a client be able to use all the rates marked Supported in order to associate.
