To enable radio transmission for an individual Cisco radio on an 802.11 network, use the ap name no dot11
shutdown command.

ap name ap-name no dot11{24ghz| 5ghz} shutdown

Name of the Cisco lightweight access point.

Specifies the 2.4 GHz radios.

Specifies the 5 GHz radios.

The transmission is enabled for the entire network by default.
