The following example shows how to create a new user account with a Help Desk 
User role.

Users:

1. admin - "Administrator" (admin)

External authentication: Disabled

Choose the operation you want to perform:

- NEW - Create a new account.

- EDIT - Modify an account.

- DELETE - Remove an account.

- PASSWORD - Change the password for a user.

- EXTERNAL - Configure external authentication.
