Step 3 Click Add Condition and add a Condition of URL Category
Step 4 Add the following Categories to the Selected Categories

Step 7 Select URL Category with the following Categories added to
Selected Categories

Step 8 Set the action on the URL to Replace URL with text message
of:

[Policy Violating URL removed]
Step 9 Click OK then Click Submit.
Add Content Filters to Incoming Mail Policies
The newly created Content Filter must be added to an Incoming Mail
Policy to be applied to mail flows.
Step 1 Select Mail Policies > Incoming Mail Policies and click the
column for Content Filters under the policy you wish to assign the
policies to.
