  In StarOS 8.1 and earlier, supported values are: 
  None = 0 
  Starent_NVSE = 1 
  Custom1_NVSE = 2 
  In StarOS 8.3 and later, supported values are: 
  Disabled = 0, 
  NVSE_Starent = 1, 
  NVSE_Custom1 = 2, 
  NVSE_Custom2 = 3 

This attribute specifies whether the PDSN/FA should send the Terminal Verification Normal Vendor/Organization Specific 
Extension (NVSE) in the Mobile IP RRQ message to the HA. The default is not to send the Terminal Verification NVSE.
