This attribute is used to detect and if necessary disconnect sessions connected to the PDSN. This attribute configures the time 
period, in seconds, before either alerting the administrator or disconnecting the subscriber.

When this attribute is set to None, there is no action taken while waiting for a response for the accounting start message from 
the Mediation Accounting server. When this attribute is set to No-Early-PDUs the system buffers all packets from the user 
(uplink) until a response for the accounting start message is received from the Mediation Accounting server. When set to 
Delay_GTP_Response, the system does not send a GTP create PDP response to the GGSN until a response for the accounting 
start message is received from the Mediation Accounting server. If the attribute is not present in Access-Accept message or if 
the attribute value is invalid, the value "None" is assumed.
