This AVP contains the customized information of the IP flow(s). This is a unique identifier within the context of an IP-
CAN session for the IP flow(s) given within the same Flow-Info AVP. The flow identifier is selected by AGW. The
Flow-Description AVP(s) describe the flow using an IPFilterRule. If two Flow-Description AVPs are included, one shall
represent the uplink and the other the downlink.
