Removes specified GTP-C Load Control Profile.
gtpc-load-control-profile
Creates a GTP-C Load Control Profile and enters GTP-C Load Control Profile Configuration Mode.
profile_name
Must be an alphanumeric string from 1 to 64 characters in length.
