CAMEL Service Configuration Mode Commands

CAMEL service enables operators of 2.5G/3G networks to provide operator-specific services (such as prepaid
GPRS service and prepaid SMS service) to subscribers, even when the subscribers are roaming outside their
home public land mobile network (HPLMN).

The CAMEL Service configuration mode provides a set of commands to define the parameters for the
Customized Applications for Mobile networks Enhanced Logic (CAMEL) service functionality and the
CAMEL interface - the Ge interface.

Command Modes

Exec > Global Configuration > Context Configuration > CAMEL Service Configuration

configure > context context_name > camel-service service_name

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt:
