Use this command to clear/remove database records for all or a particular instance of session manager for
MME services on this system.

The following command clears the summary database records of a session instance for subscriber having
IMSI as 123455432112345 in the MME service:
clear mme-service db record imsi 123455432112345
IMSI as 123455432112345 in the MME service:
