Configure MTP3 message discard priority. 

 

SGSN 

 

Security Administrator, Administrator 

 

Exec > Global Configuration > SS7 Routing Domain Configuration > Linkset Configuration > Link Configuration 

configure > ss7-routing-domain domain_id variant var_type > linkset id linkset_id > link 
id link_id

 

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt: 

[local]host_name(config-ss7-rd-linkset-linkset_id-link-link_id)# 

 

mtp3-discard-priority priority 

default mtp3-discard-priority 

 

Resets the priority to the default value. 

 

 must be an integer between 0 and 3. 

Default is 0. 

Use this command to manage MTP3 messaging.
