Notes:
count number specifies the maximum number of egress traffic packets that can be dropped before a syslog event
message is generated. The count is specified as an integer from 10 through 5000.
interval-secs seconds specifies the time interval (window) within which the maximum egress packet drop count
can be exceeded. The interval is specified in seconds as an integer from 30 through 600.
When the threshold is exceed, the syslog event message is generated once, until the condition clears. Only then
will it be generated again.
By default this feature is disabled.
