Previous Behavior: The HSGW read the MSISDN information from the Diameter message that was sent from the
3GPP AAA. However, the HSGW did not insert the MSISDN into the PBU message. Therefore, the P-GW did not
receive the MSISDN information from the HSGW over the S2a interface.

New Behavior: The HSGW reads the MSISDN information from the Diameter message which is received from the
3GPP AAA and it inserts the MSISDN into the PBU message. It is then delivered to the P-GW through the S2a
interface.
