A new CLI keyword
ignore-asi
enables the operator to modify the SGSN service default configuration and instructs
the SGSN to ignore the ASI bit in the SGSN Context Response during RAU-based handovers over Gn interfaces.

Configuring this keyword will be ignored for S4 interfaces.
