Change in Session Disconnect Reason Value

Previous Behavior: For authentication rejection from AAA server, the session disconnect reason was set for invalid-
aaa-attribute.

New Behavior: The session disconnect reason is set to auth-failure when the session is rejected by AAA server due to
authentication failure.
