CR109914: M-Card network logging support for ADSG transitioning in the

 

CR112898: Support for DSG staging and DSG transitioning in the field 

There are no known issues in this release. 

 

The purpose of this release is to distribute software fixes for issues found in the 
previous M-Card software release.
