Maintain the TSBroadcaster
Introduction
This section provides the list of maintenance tasks you should perform to enter that
the TSBroadcaster continues to operate correctly.
Maintenance Schedule
Unless otherwise stated, these activities should be carried out at least once per
month, but they may be required more often. The frequency depends on the disk
space available on the server, the size of the file systems in the object carousels, and
how often they are updated.

Back up model files
Using the TSBroadcaster user interface, make a
copy of the TSBroadcaster model to provide a
backup of your data. You should make a backup
whenever you change the model. See Retrieve a
Model in Chapter 9 of this guide for further
information.
Back up A/V content
Log in to the TSBroadcaster server as a sandt user,
and copy the contents of /media1/tsmux to a safe
location outside of /sandt or /media1.

Back up the TSBroadcaster

Log in to the TSBroadcaster server as a sandt user,
and copy the broadcaster.properties file from the
/sandt/tsbroadcaster/ directory to a safe location
outside of /sandt or /media1.
