Troubleshooting

Your receiver cannot tune to the stream you have selected. 

If your receiver cannot tune to the stream, try the following: 
• 

Check that the ASI output port is connected to the ASI input port of the 

modulator. 

• 

Check that the modulator RF output port is connected to the receiver RF input. 

• 

Check that the modulator is on. 

• 

Check the signal is attenuated sufficiently for the receiver (common cable 

modulator problem). 

• 

Check the settings on the modulator, the delivery parameters in the 

TSBroadcaster,  and the tuning parameters on the receiver all match. 

• 

If you are integrating with an OCAP headend, check that the TSBroadcaster 

parameters are consistent with the OCAP headend parameters.
