Create an A/V Content Component
Introduction
An A/V content component defines the information needed to allow a PMT to refer
to one Elementary Stream of A/V content.

To create an A/V content component, complete the following steps.

Log in to the TSBroadcaster as a user with the appropriate privileges. See Log

Click the Streams button from the navigation bar.
Result: The Manage All Streams page opens.
