Provide a Phone Number for Ordering Services
Introduction
The Not Authorized Phone option lets you provide a phone number that displays on
a barker when subscribers tune to a channel that is not authorized. Subscribers can
call this phone number to order the channel, if they wish.

Enable this option to display the Customer Service Number on a barker when
subscribers tune to an unauthorized channel.
Providing a Phone Number for Ordering Services
To provide a phone number that displays on a barker when subscribers tune to a
channel that is not authorized, complete the following steps.
1.
On the DNCS Administrative Console, select the Server Applications tab.

Click DHCT Config.
Result: The DHCT Configure Prompt window opens.

Select Global.

Select the Barkers tab.

In the Not Authorized Phone field, enter the number that you want to appear
on a barker when subscribers tune to an unauthorized channel.

Click Save.
