This log shows that the scheduler could not establish a connection to the UCCX , and that an error occurred
with the read connection to the UCCX. Therefore, the scheduler did not create the report.
In order to resolve this issue, ensure that both the forward and the reverse Domain Name System (DNS)
lookups work between the PC and the UCCX servers. They should be able to contact each other by
hostnames. If not, configure it in the same manner. It is very important that both the forward and the reverse
lookups function correctly.
