Release Notes for Cisco Agent Desktop 6.0(2) Service Release 5
  Uninstallation
Installing the SR on CAD Clients
Step 1
Download the CAD602_SR5.exe file to your CAD client(s). Make a note of the location where you save 
the downloaded file.
Step 2
Close all running desktop applications.
Step 3
Double-click the downloaded file.
The Service Release begins installing and replaces files and restarts services as needed. When the 
process is finished, you are notified that the installation is complete.
Step 4
Depending upon your operating system, you might be asked to reboot. You MUST select Yes in order 
for all of the components to be installed.
Uninstallation
When you uninstall Service Release 5, all previous service release fixes will be removed and your system 
will revert to its base release level. If you want to return to an earlier service release system state, you 
must reinstall that earlier service release after uninstalling Service Release 5.
Step 1
Open the Add/Remove Programs utility in Windows Control Panel.
Step 2
Select Desktop SR 05, and then click Change/Remove.
Step 3
During the uninstall process, you might be asked to reboot. You MUST select Yes in order for all of the 
components to be removed.
After the restart of the CAD server PC, the system will be back to its base level software state. 
Step 4
Restart the client box.
Resolved Caveats
The following issues have been resolved in CAD 6.0(2) Service Release 5.
