Unified CCH Installation Task
The CTI Server is a Unified ICM component that
allows an external CTI application to communicate
with a PG. The CTI Server is part of the Cisco
Enterprise CTI product.
You can install the CTI Server on the same
machine as the Peripheral Gateway software or on
a separate machine.
There are no Unified CCH-specific installation
instructions for CTI OS.
8. Install CTI OS or Cisco Agent Desktop
software.
