At this point, scripting is conducted on the ISN. Consult the Cisco Internet Service Node (ISN)
Configuration and Administration Guide, Appendix B for details on scripting in ISN.

Next, the call is sent to the ICM gateway of a particular customer instance.

If multiple DNs are used, then you can send the call to a different ISN Media Server based on
the different DN.

Finally, the call is sent to the ICM gateway of a particular customer instance. Add an ICM
Gateway Node and select the customer to which to route the call.
