Overview
The Technology Refresh method of ICM upgrade migration involves building a
new system at the required Cisco ICM 4.6.2 hardware and software levels.

the 4.6.2 registry

custom templates and saved reports

the logger database

HDS
–
AW DB (if custom templates exist)
–
custom databases
