Dictionaries
Each of these objects is defined specifically for each Access Restriction.

1. Click the button ‘Dictionaries’ from the ‘Management’ sub-service menu.
2. Create a new dictionary by entering the name of the new dictionary in the ‘Add Dictionary’ box. Then click the
‘Add Dictionary’ button.
3. Select the dictionary you want to edit, which takes you to the ‘Language List’ page. Enter the words or phrases
one at a time, then click ‘Add’. The word list will build in the text list beneath.
4. To delete words or phrases in the Language List, select the words and click ‘Delete’.
5. Before leaving the page, click the ‘Save’ button to ensure all changes are registered.

In Kaspersky Hosted Security, a ‘Restriction’ is a set of user-defined IM Control rules. These IM Control rules are broken
down into two different components:
