Voice control
This feature lets you control selected features of your phone
using just your voice.

1. From the My device menu, under Input and control, tap
the Voice control
slider to turn On this feature.
2. Tap the Voice control tab to access the following options:
(Tap the options to enable/disable them.)
• Incoming calls: When enabled, you can answer or reject calls
by saying “Answer” and “Reject”. Your phone with answer the
calls in Speakerphone mode.
• Alarm: When enabled, you can stop an alarm or set it to
snooze by saying “Stop” and “Snooze”.
• Camera: When enabled, you can take pictures by saying
“Smile”, “Cheese”, “Capture” and “Shoot”.
• Music: When enabled, you can control the Music Player by
saying “Next”, “Previous”, “Pause”, “Play”, “Volume Up”, and
“Volume Down”.
S Pen Settings
This menu allows you to customize settings for the S Pen.
• From the My device menu, under Input and control, tap
S Pen. The following options are available:
• Dominant hand: Set your phone to Left handed or Right
handed.
• Pen attach/detach sound: Select a sound to be played
whenever the pen is attached or detached.
• Open Popup Note: When enabled, automatically opens Quick
Note whenever the pen is detached.
• Battery saving: When enabled, turns the pen detection feature
off while the pen is attached to save battery power.
• S Pen keeper: When enabled, sounds an alert and displays a
pop-up when you walk away with the device without the pen
inserted in its slot.
• Air view: Tap the Air view
slider to turn On this
feature, letting you hold the S pen tip near to display more
information. Tap the Air view tab to access the Pointer,
Information preview, Icon labels, and List scrolling options.
• Sound and haptic feedback: When enabled, plays S Pen
sounds and vibration feedback.
