Enter Text 

Know Your Device

Enter Numbers 

Use 123 mode to enter numbers into a text field. 
► To switch to 123 mode, press the 

Left soft key, 

then press 123. 

While entering numbers: 

• 

Press the appropriate key for each number. 

• 

Press 

Clear to backspace to clear one number. 

Press and hold to clear multiple numbers in a 
string. 

Enter Symbols 

Use Symbols mode to enter common symbols into a 
text field. 
► To switch to Symbols mode, press the 

Left soft 

key, then press Symbols. 

To enter symbols: 

• 

There are three pages of symbols. Press 

to move to the previous page or 

Next to move to 

the next page of symbols. 

• 

Use the 

Directional key to highlight a symbol, 

then press the 

OK key to insert it.

Press the key for the number corresponding to a 
symbol.
