With the unit in Stop mode, press the MENU button.

Press the 

▲▼ buttons to select Disc Manager, then press the OK 

or 

► button.

Press the 

◄► buttons to select Rename, then press the OK button.

The Rename screen is displayed.

Select the desired characters using the 

▲▼◄► buttons, then press 

the OK button.

Press the BLUE(D) button to select Save.
A disc name is given to the disc.

You may need to clear Disc Protection beginning editing.
Depending on the kind of disc, the displayed screen may be 
different.
