Caere provides phone support based on support credits: most Caere 
products include one free credit. Other products, such as OmniPage Pro, 
WordScan Plus, and PageKeeper for Workgroups, include two credits. 
Each credit is good for one support call up to 15 minutes long and is 
valid for one year from the date the credit was purchased. 
You can get additional support calls by buying more credits: 1 credit for 
$25US, 5 credits for $100US, and 10 credits for $175US. Support contracts 
are available for companies with 200 or more copies of Caere software.
