Degauss Coil - 40

grounding wriststrap until 

after discharging the CRT.
1 Remove the degauss coil 

cable from the tie-wrap 

at the side of the CRT 

yoke. 

2 Lift the degauss coil with 

attached brackets over 

the neck of the CRT.

  When 

replacing the degauss coil, 

be sure to reattach the 

ground strap to the degauss 

bracket.
