 CTBbe26566: site survey filter blocks when filter is on

 No caller list entry after disconnect of a transferred call.

call behaviour already fixed with CTBbe26653-bugfix.

 CTBbe26677:  Removed  code  to  close  the  phone  book  on  'hook  on' 

timers.
