8. Replace the drip tray and waste coffee con-
tainer.
9.  Close the service door.
Cleaning the milk container
Important! 
Always clean the tubes inside
the milk container (C) when you prepare milk. If
there is still milk in the container, do not leave it
out of the refrigerator for longer than strictly ne-
cessary. Clean the container each time you pre-
pare milk as described in Note 3 in the section
"Making cappuccino". All components can be wa-
shed in a dishwasher, placing them in the top ba-
sket of the dishwasher.
1. Turn the milk container lid clockwise then re-
move it. 
2.  Remove the milk spout and intake tube.
3. Remove the fro-
thed milk regula-
tor by pulling it
outwards.
4.  Wash all the com-
ponents thorou-
ghly with hot
water and mild
washing-up li-
quid.
Make sure there
are no milk resi-
dues left inside the holes and the groove on
the fine end of the frothed milk regulator. 
5.  Check that the intake tube and spout are not
clogged with milk residues.
6.  Replace the frothed milk regulator, milk spout
and intake tube.
7.  Replace the milk container lid.
Cleaning the coffee jug (if
provided)
Clean the jug with a damp cloth and mild washing
up liquid. 
N.B.! 
To avoid damaging the appearance
of the jug, do not wash in a dishwasher.
