Click Have Disk.

Insert the driver CD into your CD-ROM drive and then indicating the path: 
F:\Drivers\WinNT. (F is your CD-ROM drive.) Then click OK.

Select the model of your modem and then click Next.

7.

Select the COM port that you connect the modem to your PC and then 
click Next.
