Performing Settings on the Layout Tab

Set the print orientation.

Set the print orientation using [Orientation] 
according to the page orientation of the printing 
data.

Click the [Printing multiple pages per sheet] radio 
button in the Page Layout group.

Click [V] and select the pages to be printed on one 
sheet.

To print one page on one sheet
Select [1 page].
When the print orientation is set to [Portrait]:

When the print orientation is set to [Landscape]:

Select [2 Page].

Select the page layout to be used on the page.

Select [4 Page].
