2. Press {SERVER~TRANSFER}.
3. Screen prompts:

(SERVER NAME) PICK-UP CHECK NO:

4. Index the Check number to be merged into another.

Guest check displays for verification.

5. Screen prompts:

ENTER CHECK TO MERGE OR 0 IF SAME:

6. Index the number of the resulting check and press

{ENTER}. The server must already be assigned to this

check.

7. Screen prompts:

ENTER NEW GUEST COUNT OR 0 IF SAME:

8. Index the total number of guest of both checks and

press {ENTER}.

9. Validations write to Audit Trail report and print on the

Guest Check printer.

10. Screen prompts:

PICK-UP CHECK NO:

11. Press {CLEAR} to return to the SERVER NO./CASHIER

NO. prompt.
