Period Timekeeping Report
Summarizes each active employee’s
timekeeping data by job description(s)
accumulated since the last Period
Timekeeping Reset. It shows hours,
regular and overtime, along with $
earnings.
Two Sections:
Weekly Period - shows hours since
the last Timekeeping Period Reset.
Pay Report - shows hours since the
last Pay Period Reset.

Employee Hours Adjustment
This function allows an employee’s
daily and/or accumulated hours, regu-
lar and overtime to be changed
(+/-) by job description.

Has options to zeros out each section of
the Period Timekeeping Report - Period
report to start a new week and Pay Pe-
riod to start a new pay period. Also re-
sets line-finding for employee’s
timecards if using a slip printer.

Lists all employee’s clocked into the
system. Shows Employee I.D. #,
name, job description and start time.
