CS1 - Guidelines for Breads and Desserts
Preheat oven and bake using one rack at a time.
Place rack in center of oven unless specified otherwise.
Use the longest conventional baking time given in a recipe.
Timings on the chart are a guide.
Metal pans become hot quickly and brown more than glass or
glass ceramic.
Biscuits and cookies should be left on pan for 3 to 4 minutes
after removal from oven.
