General Guidelines 
Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this manual. 
•  Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device. 
•  Protect the device against extreme heat and dust. 
•  Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it.  
•  All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. 
•  Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will 
void the warranty. 
•  Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the 
warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems. 
•  A qualified technician should install and service this device. 
•  Note that damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the 
warranty. 
•  DO NOT use this product to violate privacy laws or perform other illegal activities.

Operation 
•  Open the dome camera by holding the base and turn the plastic dome counter clockwise. 
•  Remove the protective cap by releasing both screws [C] (on opposite sides).  
•  Mount the dome camera in the desired location. Use the base as a template for the 
mounting holes. 
•  Point the camera towards the field of interest. 
•  Release screw [A] until the housing can be moved and set the desired zoom factor.  
•  Tighten screw [A] hand tight. Do not force to avoid damage to the mechanism. 
•  Release screw [B] until the housing can be moved and set the desired focus.  
•  Tighten screw [B] hand tight. Do not force to avoid damage to the mechanism. 
•  Place the protective cap back and secure both screws [C]
•  Screw the plastic dome back in place (clockwise).
