Before any bow is returned a Return Authorization

a Return Authorization number will be sent back. Do

employee or representative of Hoyt or its dealers has
the authority to bind Hoyt to any agreement not here-

remedies for breach on any warranty concerning Hoyt
bows shall be repair or replacement of defective parts.
