Settings Using the On-Screen Display
Change the settings to suit your preferences and the environment in 
which you are using the unit. These settings are retained in the 
memory until they are changed, even if the unit is turned off.
≥Select the unit viewing channel (or the AV input) on the TV.
≥Press [VHS SELECT] (
l 8).

The unit tunes automatically when you plug it in and turn it on for the 
first time (NV-VP60GN only, 
l 12), but you can start the process 
again if necessary.
≥Select any programme position except “A1”, “A2” or “dc”.
Auto tuning searches for TV stations from VHF minimum to UHF 
maximum and memorizes every tuned programme position. Other 
programme positions are skipped (Channel plan 
l below).

the number with the numeric buttons (

Direct Tuning
After you select “SEARCH”, press the numeric buttons to 
select the programme position.
For the 5A and 9A channels, input the following numbers.
90 for CH-5A, 91 for CH-9A. (Example for NV-VP60GL)
≥Repeat the steps above for other channels that require tuning.
