Thank you for purchasing this peripheral motion-tracking device. For your personal safety and the safety of 
others, before using this product please carefully read the game’s instruction manual.

Participating in this video game involves movements and exertion that may be challenging for you depending 
on your fitness level. Use caution to avoid the possibility of serious injury or death. Read all warnings and 
instructions prior to use. 
Consult your physician before starting any new exercise routine.
The level of routines provided is based only on an approximation of your current level of fitness, and the 
game cannot detect whether movements or exertions may be dangerous to you. You are responsible for 
exercising within your limits and seeking medical attention and advice as appropriate. 
Warm up and cool down correctly before and after any exercise. Pay attention to how you are feeling and 
do not over-exert yourself. Stop exercising immediately and consult your physician if you feel sick, dizzy, or 
light-headed, or if you feel pain or any unusual discomfort. 
Inspect all accessories before use and do not use if they appear damaged. Supervise use by children.

Playing video games can make your muscles, joints, skin or eyes hurt. Follow these instructions to avoid 
problems such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, skin irritation or eyestrain:
Avoid excessive play. Parents should monitor their children for appropriate play.

Take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour, even if you don’t think you need it.

If your hands, wrists, arms or eyes become tired or sore while playing or if you feel symptoms such as

tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness, stop and rest for several hours before playing again.
If you continue to have any of the above symptoms or other discomfort during or after play, stop playing

This product is for use only with the EA SPORTS Active fitness video game and is not intended to affect the 
structure or function of the human body beyond such affects normally associated with general fitness equipment 
and is not intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

Keep the peripherals dry and away from open flames or other heat sources.

Do not leave the peripherals in a dusty or humid place.

Do not modify or disassemble the peripherals under any circumstances.

Use a damp cloth to clean the peripherals, never use chemicals.
