Caller ID System Operation
Editing a Name and Number in the DIRECOTRY
1. Press
the
button.
2. Press the SCROLL UP Ÿ button or DOWN ź button to find the record you want to edit.
3. Press the
button to edit the name.

IMPORTANT: It is not advisable to save a telephone number without the corresponding name in the
DIRECTORY. This will lead to improper displays on PRIVATE and OUT OF AREA

to STANDBY mode.
Caller ID System Operation
Editing the Number in the DIRECTOTY before Dialing
1. Press

NOTE: If you want to save the edited number in the DIRECTORY, follow seeps 1 through 5 and then
press and hold down the
button.
IMPORTANT
Placing your BASE UNIT near appliances such as
television, refrigerators, radios, or microwave ovens may
