Swim Alert™ is a swimming pool alarm which detects the fall of a child weighing 18 lbs or more by
setting off a siren.

This device is not intended to replace any other safety consideration; that is, adult supervision,
lifeguards, fences, gates, pool covers, locks, and so forth, and

some devices may not detect gradual

entry.

Swim Alert™ is not intended as a substitute for the watchfulness of parents and/or responsible adults,
which remains the essential factor for the protection of children under the age of five.

•

Swim Alert™ is not a rescue device, immediate action by a responsible adult is essential when the alert
signal is heard.

•

In no event can your retailer or the manufacturer of the alarm system be held responsible for any
person or animal falling or drowning.

•

Warning must be given that the pool and surrounding area are under electronic surveillance.
