1.18  Set Alarms and Appointments 

                                                                 

Press OK for the Main Menu then Press 1 or go to Tools and press OK 

Press OK to set the Alarm 

Press the OK key [Add] for the Alarm Setup screen and configure your alarm as required

Daily Alarm goes off every day 

• 

Workday alarm goes off Mon – Fri only (rest days can be configured under Options) 

• 

Weekly alarm will go off at the same time each week 

• 

Once Alarm will only go off once 

• Set 

your 

desired 

Ringtone type by choosing the Edit button 

• 

If the Alarm time has passed you will not be able to save it.
