 Qty 1 – Stainless Steel Wall mounting plate

 Qty 2 - #6-32 3/4" Philips pan-head screw

 Qty 2 - #6 1" Philips pan-head self-tapping screws

 Qty 2 - #4-8 1" nylon wall anchors

The hardware listed above is provided to mount the mounting plate to the wall and the 4G V-
Flex Lite or 4G CR-Pass device to the mounting plate.
